Keller Golf Course Wedding | St. Paul, Minnesota Wedding Photographer | Nicholas and Veronica
I hadn't had a chance to meet Nicholas and Veronica in person since they both live in Colorado, however I knew from the first time talking to Veronica on the phone she was going to be such a genuine, sweet person. It was 100% true - along with Nicholas! The whole day they were at ease, laughing + treating their loved ones with love and respect. Their ceremony was 5 minutes away from Veronica's parents' house in St. Paul - how sweet is it she got married in her old neighborhood?! The dozens of people that were there came up and greeted them throughout the day with the same excitement + adoration. I could totally see how these two have made an impact on so many lives! Thank you for being such an easy + fun couple to work with! I'm so excited for you two!
How they met:
"Nicholas is originally from Colorado and I am originally from Minnesota! He and I both attended Benedictine College for our undergraduate studies where we met and became close friends. We both love baseball and began dating at the end of our sophomore year after a fun date at a Royals game!"
The Proposal:
"This past summer after our graduation, he came to MN to visit my family and took me up to Duluth for the day (one of my favorite places!). We spent a fun day at Canal Park and ended the evening with a drive up the Superior coast before turning back for the cities. We made a stop on the shore of Lake Superior to look at the lake twinkling under the stars. He surprised me by getting down on one knee and slipped a little ring on my finger! It was a beautiful moment with my best friend. (:"
