Veteran's Park and Green Bay's Riverwalk Engagement | Alex and Megan

 

A little about them: 

Megan is a planner and Alex is a 'go with the flow' type of guy. They balance each other perfectly. They love being outside and spending time up north, going to Packer games, and love a good Jimmy Buffett concert at Alpine Valley. 

How they met: 

Alex and Megan met in high school having the same group of friends. They became very good friends, and after a couple years Boomer decided to ask her to Junior Prom in 2008. They started dating on July 1, 2008 and have been together every since.

The Proposal: 

On May 16, 2016, Alex had planned to meet Megan at the school she teaches at to get lunch together. Afterwards they were going to head back so that Alex could meet some of her students. He decided that before they headed to lunch he wanted to see her classroom since he hadn't seen it in a while. She thought this was weird but did not think anything of it. He knew he had to propose somewhere she would least expect it since Megan is known to be quite nosey and would suspect something if done anywhere else. Once they got to her classroom Alex got down on one knee. Megan said "yes", and of course and the rest is history.

Spending the evening getting to know these two was an absolute blast! You can tell they're best friends, and spend most of their time laughing together. They popped bottles of champagne, threw confetti, + just lived up their engagement session! 
 

Can't wait for their wedding next year!!
